I heard a bird singing so sweetly today,
Told me for sure that spring’s on the way.
The melody so heavenly seemed to fill the sky.
It spoke of a promise, surely it was God’s reply
“Dismiss your winter depression.
Come bask in the warmth of My love.
Bring Me your tribulation,
And I’ll send you My peace from above.”
